UNION BANK Housing Loan Requirements:

1.)  Duly filled out Application Form
2.)  Photocopy of 2 Valid IDs
3.)  Marriage Contact (IIf applicable)
4.)  TIN: Community Tax Receipt (Cedula)
For Employed:
5.)  Certified of Employment; ITR for the last 2 years; Latest 1 month Payslip
For Self-employed:
6.)  Certificate of Business Registration; Financial Statements and ITR (2 years); List of 
      Customers and Suppliers with contact persons and telephone #s; Bank Statement (3- 
      months)
Others:
7.)  Special Power of Attorney (if applicable; using UBP Format; consularized if issued abroad)
8)  Pension documents (photocopy of statement of pensions, bank statement, passbook,
      whichever is applicable)

Loan Amount:  Maximum of 80% of Contract Price
Loan Term    :   Maximum of 20 years
                        15 years for OFWs

Note:  Applicant shall not be more than 60 years old at the time of loan application and should not
           be more than 70 years old upon loan maturity.
